“To help equip and resource local pastors from reformed church Nepal, and northeast India and other third world and developing nations to win their villages and cities to Christ and to help them to train up others for the work of the ministry”

Equipping pastors’ reformed church of Nepal has an active missions program which is focused on helping to encourage, equip and empower pastors in the more remote areas of Nepal and India to be more effective in seeing their communities come to Christ. a key focus is on training up groups of pastors who in turn are able to train up other groups of pastors. (2 timothy 2:2)

RESOURCING PASTORS

At each pastor’s seminar and workshop all those who have attended are given a set of reformed church of Nepal training manuals. Given that many of the remote village pastors in Nepal and India have had little bible college training, providing the pastors with these training manuals is a key part of our mission’s vision at Christian witness ministries for Nepal.

VISION FOR NEPAL AND INDIA OVERVIEW:

Working together with the local national pastors, training up key pastors who will be able to hold one-week pastors training workshops throughout Nepal and India. Part of the focus of these workshops will also be to help equip local pastors to run a six-month evangelism training course for their own church members and for other pastors and Christians within their region. The apostle Paul wrote, “And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.” (2 Timothy 2:2)

MINISTRY FOCUS:

To help train up groups of 300 pastors in different regions of India, to run one-week workshops for other village pastors in the areas that they come from.

The initial focus is to equip these 300 pastors to train up further groups of 500 pastors. a proposed structure for one-week workshops has been put together to help these pastors to run effective workshops after completing this training.

Encouraging and resourcing the pastors who attend these pastors’ workshops to run workshops in other provinces of Nepal and northeast India and other places within Nepal and northeast India for other groups of 500 pastors.

All pastors workshops run for these groups of 500 pastors will always have a two-fold purpose:

  • To equip these pastors to run further “pastors workshops” for other groups of 300 pastors, and
  • To equip these local pastors to run a six-month evangelism training school (course) for their own church members and for other pastors and Christians who live in their immediate area.

Reformed church of Nepal to subsidize the cost of translating and printing the manuals for all workshops run by our church mission’s teams in Nepal and northeast India. To further help support the work of the grace bible college in Kathmandu Nepal. Reformed church of Nepal would also like to be able to help print some of the ministry manuals for many of the grace bible college students in 2018. Given the poverty in Nepal this would be a great blessing for many. To do this will require the support of other Christians and churches that also have a heart to support Nepal and northeast India missions work.

Being a faith ministry reformed church of Nepal depends always on the faithful and generous support of other Christians and churches that have a heart for missions in the third world nations.

Due to the support of many generous Christians, we will be able to supply all of the pastors who will be attending our conference over coming years with sets of ministry training manuals. This support will be greatly appreciated.

If you would like to know more about RCN’s missions work in Nepal and northeast India, or the training workshops. Alternatively, you can contact office@reformedchurchofnepal.orgall missions trips will have the primary purpose of developing an ongoing commitment to supporting and encouraging (Nepal and northeast India) pastors to train up other pastors for the work of the Lord.

Ongoing work in Nepal and northeast India the main focus of all of the mission’s trips run by reformed church of Nepal is to train up and to empower third world pastors to equip other pastors to run workshops and to train.
